Suitable for the following:

Concerts, ceremonies, lectures, conferences

Maximum numbers:

maximum: 1,450 persons

Seating in rows: 1,270 persons
– stalls: 855 persons
– balcony: 415 persons
standing room: 180 persons

– balcony: 80 persons

Rent without heating or other additional costs:

12,500 euros regular

only stalls = 855 persons:
(Monday to Thursday)
4,600 euros reduced

(Friday, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays)
5,060 euros reduced

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

 

Stalls and balcony = 1.270 persons:
(Monday to Thursday)
5,400 euros reduced

(Friday, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays)
5,940 euros reduced

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:

All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

964 square metres (43.15 x 22.35 m)

Availability:

All year round
Outside the concert season (August to mid-September) the Hercules Hall may not be available due to renovation works.

Cloakrooms, artists' dressing rooms, soloist's rooms, foyer

Technical equipment / furniture:

Organ, lectern, music stands, chairs for the musicians, microphones, amplifier, loudspeakers, spotlights
