Receptions: 700 persons
Seating in rows: 309 persons
Banquet seating: 220 persons
Please note:
Receptions (250 persons at the Comité Courtyard plus 200 persons at the western foyer plus 250 Personen at the 1st floor);
Seating in rows (149 persons at the Comité Courtyard plus 160 persons at the 1st floor);
Banquet seating (100 persons at the Comité Courtyard plus 120 persons at the 1st floor)
Rent without heating or other additional costs:

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2.
tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3.
the event is open to everyone and
4.
is suitably advertized and published.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.
All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

Various catering firms provide regular hospitality at the Munich Residence. The current list of accredited caterers can be obtained from the Residenzverwaltung.
Please note that when a catering firm is engaged, it has to pay 13% of the catering charges to the Munich Residence.
