The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2.
tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3.
the event is open to everyone and
4.
is suitably advertized and published.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.
All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

Conditions:
For the access to Plassenburg Castle by car please ask the city of Kulmbach's permission.
When assembling a stage etc none of the parts may be fixed to the ground.
