Seating in rows: 75 persons

The cultural rate is applicable only to cultural events (concert, theatre, lecture etc) which are advertised  and accessible to the public (free ticket sale).

Rent without heating or other additional costs:

600 euros regular
300 euros reduced

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

 

All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.
