Suitable for the following:

Receptions, concerts, lectures, banquets
Please note: The Oriel Hall and Oak Pillar Hall can only be rented together and are available only for cultural or company events, not for private events like weddings or birthday parties.

Maximum numbers:

Receptions:
- using one hall
100 persons
- using both halls 150 persons
Seating in rows: 90 persons per hall
Banquets: 70 persons per hall

Rent without heating or other additional costs:

600 euros regular
250 euros reduced

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

Oak Pillar Hall: ca. 120 square metres
(12 x 10 m)
Oriel Hall: ca. 170 square metres
(13 x 13 m)

Availability:

All year round; events only outside museum opening hours (7 pm-11 pm)

Infrastructure:

Toilets, wardrobe, small room for catering

Technical equipment / furniture:

Tables, chairs, bistro tables, lectern, lift
Oriel Hall: Screen, projector, speaker system

Catering:

Please note that when a catering firm is engaged, it has to pay 10% of the catering charges to the castle.
